REAL ESTATE MARKET / SELLING YOUR HOME:

You've heard the national statistics. Now hear what is happening in the Palisades real estate market. Sales, days on market, sale to list price ratios and more. We will discuss how to position your home for the maximum impact and profit.  Forms that will be used during the sale process will be shared and discussed such as the Standard Agreement of Sale, Sellers Property Disclosure, ALTA and the difference between a mortgage Pre-Qualification and a Pre-Approval.

Have you thought about "house flipping" or owning rental properties but you're not sure where to start? Reality real estate shows have your sledgehammer looking for a project? We will discuss the pros and cons of real estate investing from a practical standpoint.  Class will cover property evaluation, creating your investment team, financing, tax implications, Cap rate, 1031 exchanges, how to screen tenants and more!

DOG TRAINING FOR BEGINNERS:

Dates: 04/03/23 – 05/08/23 (Mondays)
Time: 7:30PM-8:30PM
Location: PHS Gold Gym
Fee: $125 – 5 weeks

Please bring a leash, water/bowl and snacks for your furry friend.

HEALTH QI GONG:

Health Qi Gong (pronounced chee gong) is an ancient form of exercise that combines stretches, flowing movements and standing postures with deep breathing to enhance the flow of energy. The gentle rhythmic movements of Qi Gong clear tension from the muscles, reduces stress and help calm the mind. It is both energizing and relaxing. Some of the many benefits of Qi Gong are helping boost the immune system, better balance and increased vitality.

TAI CHI:

Tai Chi is a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner accompanied by deep breathing. Often described as a moving meditation, Tai Chi  has documented health benefits, including improved balance, stress relief and decreased chronic pain. We will be introducing a Yang Style short form in this class.

TRACKING FOR DOGS:

Dates: 05/06/23 – 05/20/23 (Saturdays)
Time: 9AM-10:30AM
Location: PALMS Parking Lot
Fee: $160 – 3 weeks

Outside work for your dog; the schedule is weather dependent.  Bring a leash, water/bowl and treats for your dog.

YOGA:

Dates: 3/9/23 - 6/6/23 (Thursdays)
Time: 6:15PM-7PM
Location: PHS Cafeteria
Fee: $10/night

Strength and stretching classes.


ZUMBA:
