Please use the Access IDs and Access Passwords that were emailed to you for each of your children to link them to your account. If you did not receive these you can contact your child’s school and they can provide them to you. (Note: These are not the same as your child’s student ID and student password)
If you want to create a parent portal account use the flowchart below or follow the instructions here. Parent portal accounts cannot initially be created from the PowerSchool parent app. Once your account is created and you've added your children to your account with the provided access id and access password for each child, you can then use the app on your iPhone or Android phone. To use the app you will need a Palisades school district code which is HKZK. Links to download the PowerSchool app are below.
Access an Existing Account
Log on to your PowerSchool Parent Portal account HERE.
If you already have a Parent Portal Account and want to add an additional student the instructions are here. To add an additional student you will need the access ID and access password (which is not the same as the student ID and your student's passcode). If you have not been sent this information you can contact your building secretary and they can provide it to you.
If you’ve forgotten your username or password please click the “Forgot Username or Password?” link on the sign in page. If you still can’t get in please contact your child’s school to have your password reset or username provided for you.
