WELCOME CLASS OF 2039!

Resident children of the Palisades School District who will attain a chronological age of five years before September 1, 2026 shall be eligible to attend kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year. You can read the Kindergarten Letter to Families (PDF) HERE.

The Palisades School District uses an online registration system via PowerSchool (our student information system) in which you will create an account, fill out enrollment forms, and have the opportunity to upload the required documents. Please follow the steps below to complete the enrollment process.

STEP 1: 
Submit a pre-registration form online for the 2026-2027 school year at the following link: https://palisades.cliu.org/public/formbuilder/form.html?formid=797336&request_locale=en_US 

After submitting the pre-registration form, check your email and follow the instructions on how to create a PowerSchool account. Please create your account and complete this process on a laptop or desktop computer, not your phone.

STEP 2: 
Fill out the online Enrollment forms in PowerSchool. 

To complete the online Enrollment forms in PowerSchool after you've created your account, look for the Forms link on the left panel. After you click on Forms, select the Enrollment tab on the upper right part of the screen. Click HERE for a screenshot.

STEP 3: 
Upload the required documents into PowerSchool. 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS	--> Recent property tax bill, agreement of sale, rental agreement, or a Residency Affidavit --> Any two of the following: utility bill, driver’s license, credit card bill, vehicle registration, etc. --> Proof of the child’s age: birth certificate, passport, etc. --> Record of immunizations
IMMUNIZATIONS NOTE: Pennsylvania State law, passed in 1974 and subsequently revised, requires verified dates of the following immunizations for all new entrants.	--> DT (baby shots) 4 doses (one dose must be given on or after the 4th birthday)  --> Polio (oral or injected) 3 or more doses (4th dose on or after the 4th birthday)   --> Measles 2 doses of vaccine (must be given on or after 1st birthday)   --> Mumps 2 doses of vaccine (must be given on or after 1st birthday)  --> Rubella 2 doses of vaccine (must be given on or after 1st birthday)  --> Hepatitis B 3 doses of vaccine (properly spaced)   --> Varicella Vaccine 2 doses of vaccine (after the child’s first birthday or provide the age of child when he/she had chickenpox)

PLEASE NOTE: 
There will be an in-person event on March 23, 2026 from 4:00-7:00pm at Palisades Middle School where you will have the opportunity to meet the kindergarten teachers, get questions answered, receive registration support, and bring in your necessary documents if you don’t want to upload them to PowerSchool or email them electronically. For more information, download the flyer (PDF) HERE.

                                          


Building assignments will be announced after a review of the full class enrollment. We anticipate that this will be no later than the end of May 2026.
