The Palisades School District takes reports of Fraud extremely serious. This webpage was developed for you to report any instances of fraud you may have witnessed.

The definition of fraud is as follows. "Wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain"

Examples of this may include but are not limited to:

  • Submitting fake expense reports
  • Altering time punched in or out to add time to the Employee's pay

This form may also be used to report theft of money, supplies or equipment.

If the fraud involves the Superintendent, report the details to the President of the School Board. Click here to find the contact information of the current School Board President. If you have witnessed anything that fits the definition above and relates specifically to the Palisades School District, please report this by using the link below to the online Fraud report. The form will not be sent until you click "DONE" at the bottom of the form. You must answer all questions to the best of your ability. You will not be able to submit the form until all questions have been answered. Click here to submit a report.

Your report will be sent directly to the Superintendent and Business Administrator. Upon receipt an investigation will begin in conjunction with the District's Legal team and guided by the District's Policies and Procedures. You will be contacted for an interview; however, if you choose to remain anonymous, there may be insufficient evidence to pursue the investigation.
