CONGRATULATIONS TO THE CLASS OF 2025!
Tonight’s Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2025 will be held outside at the Walter T. Rohrer Stadium! We are so excited to celebrate this class with our community starting at 5:30PM. We realize that the weather conditions may not be ideal, however we are hoping that the heavy rain will hold off until after our celebration.
We do recommend that attendees wear weather-appropriate attire (just in case), and if you are bringing an umbrella, kindly bring a small, personal one in case a shower pops up. Please do not bring a large “golf” umbrella so that you do not obstruct the view of others in the stands.
Just as a reminder, gates will open at 4:30PM and there will be handicapped parking in the Gold lot on the Tennis court (east side) of the building. Seating on the track for those individuals who cannot climb the steps in the stands.
Here are other upcoming celebrations for our students:
Upper Bucks Technical School Graduation for the Class of 2025 on Monday, June 2nd at 6PM in the PHS Stadium; raindate is June 3rd (same time/place)

From Paula Focazio (left), Empty Bowl Organizer:
A huge thank you to the many people who made the Upper Bucks Empty Bowl Supper a success! We sold 99 bowls and raised a total of $2,330 for The Lord’s Pantry in Ottsville. Without your help, I truly couldn’t do it all. Thank you to Mrs. Sunday, her ceramics students, and all the other artists who donated their beautiful, handmade bowls. Thank you to the restaurants and individuals who donated the soups to fill them: Rolling Harvest Food Rescue, The Narrows, Bri’s Bread & Co, Crossroads Bake Shop, Amanda’s Riverside Cafe, Hagan’s Restaurant, Kimberton Whole Foods, Diane Alex, Arlene Coleman, Susan Rosetty, and Jodi Moore. Thank you to the many volunteers who spent their Friday evening setting up, serving, and cleaning up afterwards. Thank you to Mr. Hong & the Palisades Madrigal singers for sharing their lovely musical talent with us. Thank you to Donna Holmes for securing our venue & the Palisades Community Foundation for hosting us. Thank you to the people who took pictures and texted them to me. Thank you all!

This Tuesday, PALMS teachers took 20 students in NJHS at PALMS to the Village at Lifequest (an assisted living facility in Quakertown). They played games like Bocce ball, cornhole, and Uno, and chatted with some residents. We had a great time, and we plan to go again in December next school year! LOVE THIS FOR OUR KIDS AND RESIDENTS AT LIFEQUEST!!!

FROM SENATOR COLEMAN'S OFFICE:
Congratulations to the Bucks Intermediate Unit (IU), which received a $450,000 PAsmart Innovation Grant for its Fab Lab Program. The grant will help the Bucks IU bring hands-on science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM) education and digital fabrication experiences to even more students.
I’m excited my support helped to secure funding that will enable the Bucks IU to provide staffing for a year of programming and acquire a new van equipped with advanced computer science and digital fabrication tools. The grant will allow the IU to increase its reach from 12,000 to 30,000 students and develop a comprehensive “playbook” to help others implement their own Mobile Fab Lab programs.
As a happy coincidence, my office visited the Mobile Fab Lab last Friday at Springfield Elementary observing the computer science lessons for 3rd and 5th grade students.
Read more about how the grant will enhance student experiences across Bucks County.
While all of our elementary schools participated in the Fab Lab Program this spring, Springfield Elementary students are pictured above.
