Today, Tinicum Elementary School was visited by the Citadel Credit Union, as our very own Miss Hamilton (Kindergarten Teacher) was nominated for and was selected to receive a prestigious award - The Citadel Heart of Learning Award. Kudos to Miss Hamilton for earning this coveted recognition!

Graduation Date for the Class of 2024
The graduation date for the Class of 2024 will be Friday, May 31st at 5:30 PM in Walter T. Rohrer stadium. The rain date will be Saturday, June 1st at 10:00 AM. More information will be forthcoming.
Unified Track & Field
On Thursday, our Unified Track team hosted Central Bucks East and William Tennent High Schools in their first meet of the season. Our team displayed great sportsmanship, a competitive spirit, had a lot of fun and won the meet! Congratulations!
FBLA State Conference Results
Earlier this week, Kellan Kopp, Chase McGroarty, and Kaya Rutstein competed at the FBLA State Championships! Congratulations to Kaya Rutstein for placing 6th in Human Resource Management.
Lily Clifford’s Artwork on Display at the BCIU
Lily Clifford was honored at the BCIU for their annual Bucks IU Student Art Gallery Reception for the 2024 school year. The event is sponsored by the Bucks IU Visual Arts Advisory Council which displays one piece of artwork for all of the 13 districts that the IU supports. Lily's piece was selected to represent Palisades at the BCIU for the next year, which is on display from January 2024 to January 2025 in The Gallery on the second floor of the IU. If you're down at the IU please check Lily's work, she did amazing work!

Clearances will be required prior to beginning employment. Clearances may take up to two weeks for processing, so we strongly encourage interested applicants to start this process immediately. Required clearances include: Acts 24, 34, 114 & 151 (dated within the past 12 months of the closing date of this posting. Complete clearances for “employment” not “volunteer”) and disclosure form(s) Act 168. CALLING ALL CERAMIC ARTISTS AND ART STUDENTS: Upper Bucks Empty Bowls needs your handmade bowls for our next Empty Bowl Supper. On Friday, May 3rd, community members are invited to gather at Palisades High School to purchase handmade bowls and enjoy a delicious soup supper. All money raised will benefit the food pantry. This is a great opportunity to show your work while helping your neighbors. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for the Upper Bucks Empty Bowls fundraiser Friday, May 3rd. The Upper Bucks Empty Bowls Supper raises money to help fight hunger in our community.
